This RFT is to establish a prequalified panel of consultants to provide environmental science & environmental engineering advice & reporting to Delta Electricity and Delta Coal for a two (2) year period.

Further extensions of 1 x 2 years and 1 x 1 year may be enacted by the Principals.

LOCATION OF SITE

Delta Electricity operates the Vales Point Power Station which is located on the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, approximately 130km north of Sydney, New South Wales, and approximately 3km off the Pacific highway North of Doyalson. The site consists of two 660MW black coal-fired generators, a working 524-hectare Ash Dam and multiple buffer, regeneration, and boundary areas.

Delta Coal operates the Chain Valley and Mannering collieries which are located adjacent to the Vales Point Power Station with access respectively off Construction Rd and Rutley’s Rd, Mannering Park

EXTENT OF WORK

 The pre-qualified services panel will be the Principal's primary source for accessing external specialist support in various environmental science and environmental engineering disciplines.

The range of disciplines is set-out in the RFT and supporting documents.

Engagements under the panel will be transacted as and when the Principal identifies requirements.
