The West Wimmera Shire Council gives public notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic) of its intention to lease land by Expression of Interest.

The land is zoned Farming (Grazing) and has a leasable area of 30.24 ha. Council would be looking at entering into a lease for a term of 3 years with 1 x 3 year renewal option. The lease would not allow for building or works to be carried out on the land.
