Tender Description
A key tenant of Moyne Health Services’ Master Plan is to deliver an integrated health model based around a Greenfield site in Koroit (Victoria). Central to the model will be the development of ‘Independent Living Units’ for older or disabled community members. The Units would be built on Crown Land leased from Moyne Health Services (as the established Crown Land - Committee of Management).
MHS is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from providers of Aged Care Facilities, Independent Living Developments, and Retirement Villages to develop and operate these units and associated services.
