City Parklands Services Pty Ltd, (City Parklands) (the Principal) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Brisbane City Council. City Parklands manages the operations of South Bank Parklands, Roma Street Parkland and Victoria Park/Barrambin. City Parklands invites you to submit a price for the service, breakdown response and maintenance to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) located at South Bank Parklands as a preferred supplier to be used by City Parklands for the supply of these services.

Including (but not limited to): Preventative and breakdown maintenance for various brands of PLC located throughout South Bank Parklands.

1. Preventative Maintenance as per Australia Standards for Programmable Controllers IEC 61131 and Manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Breakdown maintenance is required to attend the same day – within 2 hours of receiving notice of fault.

3. A 24-hour contact/ on-call number for emergency breakdown maintenance.

4. Perform programming and logic changes to existing PLC programs and SCADA operating programs.

5. Remote access ability to perform preventative and break down maintenance to PLC’s SCADA operating system and on-call alarm system.

6. A direct contact/ client account manager to ensure continuity with the delivery of service.

7. A copy of all sites PLC’s logic to be made and stored on USB/ USB’s and one copy to be held by CPS and the other held by the successful party.

Annual review of the system: Provide advice and report on current equipment, possible replacement time frames and any storage capacity restrictions for future projects.
