Cladding Safety Victoria (CSV) requires the assistance of a panel of Essential Safety Measures (ESM) auditors to verify the status and understand the efficacy of the respective ESMs for relevant elevated buildings, in order to support developing the Remediation Work Proposals (RWPs) under the Cladding Remediation Partnership Program (CRPP) Cladding remediation partnership program (planning.vic.gov.au) which aims to address the issues of Combustible External Cladding by applying our risk-based approach to cladding intervention.

We invite you to submit bids for the provision of ESM Audit Services specified in this Open Market Request for Tender. If you would like to respond, your Response must be submitted via TendersVic before the closing date of 22nd May 2024 at 15:00pm.
