Kingborough Council seeks fixed-price quotations from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to a new changing room facility and installed the required services at Kingston Beach Oval together with associated minor civil works to the carpark area adjacent to the new facility. The full scope of works is set out in the design drawings and specifications within this document.

The work shown, but not limited to is - Building construction and fit out, services trenching and installation works, carpark pavement rehabilitation, bituminous surfacing, access ramp construction and miscellaneous items.

The building has a planning permit, building and plumbing permit. Lee Tyres building surveyors has been engaged by Council for building surveying services and Graham Hill Architects will carry out the contract administration for the project. Council will pay for these associated fees, but the successful tenderer will be responsible to organise and coordinate all hold point and inspection requirements in accordance with the contract requirements.
