Tender Description
The Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) would like to receive expressions of interest from the following experienced contractors who are able to provide one or any number of the following services across two local facilities in Townsville;
- Facility and Maintenance Contractors; And / Or
- After Hours Physical Security Services And Plant Monitoring (SS3) facility; And / or
- Catering and Cleaning Services (CCS1)
Expressions of Interests are welcome for one service or a combination of two or three services.
Facility locations are as follows;
- Cape Cleveland site located at 1526 Cape Cleveland Rd, Cape Cleveland, Queensland 4810.
- Vessel facility located at 5 Sandspit Drive, Townsville Queensland 4810.
All service contracts will be required to service both Townsville sites in a varying capacity, with the exception of Catering which is not required at the Vessel facility.
AIMS intends to let contracts for maintenance services required to undertake the maintenance of a variety of assets for a period of three (3) years with the option of an extension of a further (3) years commencing on September 2024 (target date).
