EOI are being sought from General Practice through COORDINARE

Applications will be assessed and prioritised by a panel with representatives from our Local Health Districts and COORDINARE, using the MoH criteria and local data. Prioritised EOI's will be submitted to the NSW Ministry of Health for consideration. The final decision will be made by the NSW Ministry of Health.

EOI must be submitted to South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (COORDINARE) by 5pm 15 May 2024.
