As part of the Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council Cultural Connection Hub Project, the Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council (GLALC) intends on replacing the existing building with a new building which will be occupied by GLALC themselves.

It will create an environment where people can connect and discover a sense of community through cultural activities and spaces, all the while safeguarding and nurturing Aboriginal culture within a designated Keeping Place.

The project's design aims to create an aesthetically pleasing landmark development for the locals, while also serving as a functional facility that fosters unity among the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

The proposed Cultural Connection Hub will contain the following key amenities:

- Rooftop Gardens

- Function Area

- Education & Research

- Lore Room

- Kitchen

- Office & Board rooms

- Meeting Place

- Shop

- Kiosk

- Gallery

- Storage space
