This specification relates to the provision of TREE LOPPING SERVICES for the West Wimmera Shire Council, located in the Wimmera Region of Victoria.

The purpose of this Contract is to have available a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Tree Lopping Contractors.

The Contract comprises the provision of tree lopping services for an initial three-year period (36 Months) with two, one-year extensions (24 Months), with an option for Council at its sole discretion to offer a further two one-year terms of contract. Contract rates will be adjusted annually in accordance with the Melbourne Consumer Price Index.

Tenders may be accepted from one or more contractors and all or part of any Tender submission may be accepted.

Traffic Management under this contract requires pre-qualification with the Department of Transport and Planning (previously VicRoads).
