Flinders University (University), through Information and Digital Services (IDS), is seeking to refresh its Professional Services Panel (PSP), to maintain ongoing access to skilled technical resources to support the delivery of IDS services and projects.

The IDS Professional Services Panel was established in 2022 with five key categories and 34 sub-capabilities (referred to as Capabilities) of Information Technology (IT) development and support services:

- Category 1: Centrally Managed IT Capabilities

- Category 2: Platform / Application IT Capabilities

- Category 3: Cloud Infrastructure & Service Delivery Capabilities

- Category 4: Project Delivery Capabilities

- Category 5: IT Talent Development Capabilities

As part of a biannual refresh of the Professional Services Panel, IDS is consolidating existing Capabilities, adding new Capabilities, and adding a new Category 6: Cyber Security. IDS is seeking to add suppliers to the new and changed Capabilities, as well as to selected existing Capabilities. A full list of the PSP Capabilities addressed in this Request for Proposal (RFP) can be found at Section 3 PSP Capabilities.

It should be noted that the nature and volume of work associated with each Capability will be dependent upon a variety of factors. These include the size and focus of IT and university capital investment each year, the size and capability of existing internal teams, and the strategic and operational focus of IDS and the University at any point in time.

Suppliers will be offered a 4-year contract, consisting of an initial 2-year fixed term plus a 2-year extension option, for Capabilities in which they are successfully awarded.
