REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS TO JOIN A PANEL OF PRE-QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS VARIOUS BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION AND ROAD SERVICES
Three (3) Year Panel Period, One (1) Year Contracts Only
The Shire of Yilgarn is seeking experienced and reliable contractors to form Panels of Pre-Qualified Suppliers to provide a number of services as follows. throughout the Yilgarn district.
- Electrical Services
- Plumbing and Gas Services
- Building Construction Services
- General Building Maintenance Services
- Plant Hire
- Gravel/Aggregate Carting
- Contract Grading
- Concreter
- Earthmoving Services
- Roadside Mulching/Clearing
The Contractors will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment and anything else necessary to undertake the works required.
The Panels will be for an initial period of three (3) years from the date of commencement.
The Pre-Qualified Suppliers Panels will operate in accordance with the requirements of Part 4 (Division 3) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1995.

Applications are to be marked “2024 Shire of Yilgarn Pre-Qualified Suppliers Panel”, addressed to the undersigned and hand delivered, posted or emailed to the Shire of Yilgarn as per addresses detailed in the application pack.
Applications will be accepted up until 4:00pm Monday 1st July 2024.
