Lower Eyre Council (the Council) invites suitability qualified companies and/or consortia’s to submit a tender for the provision of:

Phase 1: Planning , concept development and design services to deliver a Precinct Planning Study, and

Phase 2: Detailed Design for the Coffin Bay Business Precinct Regeneration project (the Services).

The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Scope of Works & Services Brief and Specifications contained within Section D.

A briefing session will be held at Ground Floor, 148 Frome Street, Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5000 on 3:00 pm 10 May 2024.

Notes: Limit of 4 attendees from each Tendering organisation

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
