The TAC’s office headquarters is located at 60 Brougham Street in Geelong, Victoria, comprising approximately 14,816 square metres of commercial office space and ancillary areas as well as car parking. The existing lease is set to expire 4th January 2029.
With less than 5 years remaining on the existing lease the TAC is seeking to identify and consider office options in the Geelong CBD that may meet its future requirements.
