Deakin Residential invites proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT), from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Asset Compliance Services for Deakin Residential Services' Burwood, Waurn Ponds, Waterfront and Warrnambool facilities.

Deakin Residential Services Pty Ltd (DRS) is a wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary of Deakin University (Deakin), established by Deakin University in August 2010 to manage Deakin's on-campus accommodation and residential student experience.

The tenderer will be required to deliver interface testing, audits, compliance reporting etc. for Deakin Residential Services' property portfolio. The property portfolio consists of over 106 buildings.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) is published for the provision of Asset Compliance Services for Deakin University.

Respondents may choose to respond to one or both Request for Tenders (RFTs).

All tenderers are encouraged to inspect DRS sites. Site visits will be hosted by DRS during the tender period; details are contained within the request for tender document. Please register your interest via email stipulating the date and attendee details to procure@deakin.edu.au. Please limit the maximum number of attendees to two per organisation.
