Deakin University invites proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT), from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Asset Compliance Services for Deakin Universities' Burwood, Waurn Ponds, Waterfront and Warrnambool Campuses.

The tenderer will be required to deliver interface testing, audits, compliance reporting etc. for Deakin University's property portfolio. The property portfolio comprises over 300 buildings ranging from community facilities, depots, corporate and commercial space, public domain leases, research facilities and investment properties in commercial and retail assets.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) is published for the provision of Asset Compliance Services for Deakin Residential Services Pty Ltd (DRS is a wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary of Deakin University (Deakin).

Respondents may choose to respond to one or both Request for Tenders (RFTs).

All tenderers are encouraged to inspect Deakin's sites. Site visits will be hosted by Deakin during the tender period; details are contained within the request for tender document.
