UTS is seeking to establish a contract arrangement with a qualified and experienced IT recruitment agency, prequalified on the NSW Government SCM0012 - Talent Acquisition Scheme, for a delivery of selected recruitment services in phased approach for IT roles in accordance with the Scheme rules and the defined scope.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The IT Unit is currently in the process of redesigning its operating model. By mid-June 2024, UTS expects to gain comprehensive insight into the implications of transitioning to the new model. At that juncture, UTS will ascertain the extent of vacancies and the specific positions or teams required to be recruited for. In anticipation of this milestone, UTS is seeking a suitable external recruitment partner to support UTS in achieving its objectives. Given the imperative to deliver outcomes and make appointments by Q1 2025, UTS cannot postpone this RFT until June 2024 to gain clarity.

We acknowledge that your proposal may be influenced by the understanding of the volume and types of roles requiring assistance.

Please ensure your responses consider a potential range of 40 to 100 vacancies, open to both, internal and external candidates, and outline pricing variations based on different volumes of vacancies (Schedule of Rates). While we anticipate requiring the services of an RPO partner, we cannot commit to a specific approach at the time of tender publication.

- Complete project within the dedicated timeframe
