Expression of Interest to provide the Engineering Advisory Services to the Parkville Precinct Redevelopment.

By way of overview, the Engineering Advisor is required to:

• provide engineering advice and assistance for all relevant aspects of the Project from Phase 0 (Planning and Pre-Procurement) through to the commencement of Phase 4: (Operating Stage);
• work collaboratively with VHBA and its Advisors in the preparation of the Invitation for Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal documentation;
• contribute to the evaluation of the design and technical components of proposals received from market participants bidding for the Project (Respondents) in response to the Invitation for Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal documentation; and
• attend the Industry Briefing, market sounding sessions, EOI and RFP briefing sessions, Interactive Tender Process sessions, evaluation panel and sub-panel meetings, Steering Committee, PPT or such other meetings (including with Respondents), as required.
