This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client the WA Department of Finance (DoF). JLL invites tenders for the provision of "Garden and Grounds" maintenance services for various government owned office buildings. The Contractor is to provide the Client with Landscaping, Horticultural, Reticulation and Mowing Maintenance to the Dumas Precinct in West Perth

The contract is to provide services throughout the Dumas Precinct. This includes but is not limited to:

• Dumas House - 2 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005
• Hale House - 1 Parliament Pl, West Perth WA 6005
• Constitutional Centre - 40 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005

The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 August 2024 until July 31, 2027. The Principal reserves the right to exercise one (1) extension option of one (2) year.
