Tender Description

The RTBG will be seeking tenders for building renovation works to the existing RTBG Visitor Centre.

Works will include:

  • Interior and exterior paint Floor coverings Small amount of glazing replacement and new exterior sliding doors to restaurant New internal doors, light fittings and fixtures Removal of some internal partition walls New timber and glass awning to the entrance of the building Replacement of decking boards to deck New balustrade to deck New skirting boards Old air conditioning and AV equipment removal Some new lighting fixtures Re-location of toilet sinks, associated plumbing New tiles, fittings and fixtures to bathrooms

Completion date for the works is critical. Approximate works start date is 28th July 2024 (or earlier), with works to be completed by 15th October 2024
