Tender information:

The Sanctuary Cove Principal Body Corporate (PBC) and Primary Thoroughfare Body Corporate (PTBC) are offering three-year maintenance contracts for tender, and seek submissions from experienced companies capable of delivering exceptional services in the following areas:

• Landscaping Maintenance

• Street Sweeping

• Waste & Recycling

Prospective tenderers are encouraged to demonstrate their expertise, commitment to quality, and alignment with the unique requirements of Sanctuary Cove.

RFT documents are anticipated to be available to short-listed tenderers by 7 June 2024.

Interested parties are invited to submit the following documents for consideration;

• ASIC Company Summary information

• Capabilities Statement

 Recent maintenance contracts (service portfolios)

 Professional and client references relevant to similar works

 Qualifications, accreditations, licenses, certifications, that confirm technical expertise, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with industry standards

Expressions of interest are to be submitted no later than 4:00pm, Friday 31 May 2024.
