Tender Description
The WA Government has announced a groundbreaking investment to boost the capability of the WA public sector through a focused learning initiative to meet the evolving needs of the sector. The Public Sector Commission (the Commission) is leading the learning initiative and is aiming for the first courses to be available to employees by late 2025.
It is proposed that the Commission will contract a learning services partner through a commercial arrangement to develop, deliver and maintain the learning initiative under the auspices and direction of the Commission and with all intellectual property vested in the State of Western Australia.
This Request for Information (RFI) aims to:
- identify and better understand the market capability to deliver the learning initiative
- seek input from Market Participants on contemporary commercial models that could be employed between the learning services partner and the Commission.
