Murray River Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in purchasing the land and buildings at 18 Regent Street, Moama, NSW 2731.

Most recently operated as a preschool, the property is currently held on two adjoining Certificates of Title and has a land area of approximately 1,881 square metres. The property is zoned R1 General Residential zone under the Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 and comprises 2 land lots, described as Lot 11 and Lot 12 on DP 236459.

Interested parties should view the Expression of Interest conditions and draft Contract of Sale conditions in the EOI documentation provided, then complete and upload the returnable EOI Schedules document to this portal when making a submission.

Property inspections will be available on request between Friday 17 May and Friday 7 June 2024, as detailed in the EOI documents. Expressions of Interest MUST be submitted no later than Friday 14 June 2024.
