Tender Description
Transport for NSW (Transport) is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced, qualified professional services contractors to undertake transaction management and advisory services for the proposed design and construct (D&C) contract for the New Richmond Bridge and traffic improvements Stage 2 project (the Project).
The scope of Services and Options include development of Scope of Work & Technical Criteria (SWTC) and transaction management services to assist Project staff and other specialist advisors (Environmental, Probity, Legal and Financial) for the preparation of market interaction documentation, Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation, the preparation and documentation of commercial criteria and Request for Tender (RFT) activities, tender assessment, and contract negotiation phases for the procurement of the Project.
This is an open tender. Participation in the tender process is open to the public.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
