The procurement is primarily for removal and disposal of existing 4" fire sprinkler supply pipework, installation and testing of new pipework onsite at Benmore.

The procurement will also request inclusion of supply of all required parts and sufficient stainless steel pipe to supplement free issue pipes provided by Meridian onsite at Benmore.

This registration of interest seeks to identify and select capable suppliers with non-binding indications of cost.

At such time as Meridian achieves internal funding approval, selected suppliers from this ROI will be invited to respond to a second stage closed tender, requiring a more detailed response and binding pricing offer.

What we don't want/What is out of scope

We are not seeking a lengthy detailed response at this stage. Approximately one page for each of the evaluation criteria will be sufficient.

More detail will be considered, however, we are seeking an indication of the respondent's ability to present complex information in simple terms.

We are not seeking responses offering replacement of the full fire system or any sprinklers.
