William Angliss is looking for competitive quotation for Provision of Feminine Hygiene bins and Air Fresheners. The scope had been a mixture of fortnightly and monthly servicing, and not every female cubicle was provided with a Feminine Hygiene Bin. Moving forward, WAI will revert to a monthly service with all female and disabled cubicles provided with a Feminine Hygiene Bin. All toilets will continue to have air fresheners, and these will be replenished monthly or as needed.

Service requirements:

The scope will include a monthly service of all Feminine hygiene bins and air fresheners. All bins to be replaced monthly and air fresheners to be replenished. As a precautionary measure, the service will include supply of an additional 4 feminine hygiene bins as back up should any bins require replacement prior to each monthly visit.

Key objectives: The key objective of this approach to market is to ensure and guarantee that all female and disabled toilets are serviced with feminine hygiene bins and that all toilets on campus have air freshener units for the specified service at competitive rates and value for money.
