The purpose of this future Request is to establish a suitable arrangement for the provision of general cleaning services on a regular, vacation and annual cleaning basis across several North Metropolitan TAFE Campuses. The new cleaning contract is anticipated to commence in January 2025.

Mandatory Briefing and Site Inspections

Group One: (Day 1)

A mandatory briefing and site inspection will be conducted at the following campuses. Respondents are to meet at the main administration reception:

Date: Monday, 12 August 2024

Time: 08:00 AM WST

Location: Clarkson Campus

                 Administration Building

                 31 Harmony Avenue, Clarkson

After the Clarkson inspection, Joondalup Kendrew Campus, Joondalup McLarty Campus, and Midland campuses will follow. Registration time at each subsequent site will be announced at the end of the preceding site visit.

Group Two: (Day 2)

A mandatory briefing and site inspection will be conducted at the following campuses. Respondents are to meet at the main administration reception:

Time: 08:00 AM WST

Location: Perth Campus

                 Building 2 Foyer (Next to Aroma Café)

                 30 Aberdeen Street, Perth

After the Perth inspection, East Perth, Mount Lawley, Leederville, and Balga campuses will follow. Registration time at each subsequent site will be announced at the end of the preceding site visit.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
