Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is a large regional Pubic Hospital operating two Café’s and a Commercial Kitchen to service the nutritional needs of patients, visitors and staff. As the largest hospital in Gippsland and the regional trauma centre, the food we produce is often consumed by a population with increased health risk. Given this vulnerability, and the importance quality food and nutrition plays in building good health, LRH is looking to appoint a suitably experienced supplier of chicken and chicken products.

We are looking to establish contractual arrangements for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) options to extend by two (1) years each.
