The Legana Community, Sport and Recreation Precinct is proposed to be a shared community, sport, recreation and education facility.

Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Consultant to assist with the establishment of the Legana Community, Sport and Recreation Precinct Development Masterplan to guide development that will meet the current and future needs of the community.

The project will identify the priority community, sport and recreation facilities required to be developed within the precinct that would meet the current and future needs of the West Tamar community, particularly for Legana and surrounding districts.

This precinct Masterplan must be developed in consultation with stakeholders including the local community, local and state sport and recreation bodies, and Council.
