Tender Description
Corangamite Catchment Management Authority requires a review of its existing project management management and reporting systems involving a detailed process analysis including (but not limited to):
- Whole of project cycle management
- Appropriateness of system against project structure and CMA strategy
- Project management policies and procedures
- Data collection and handling effectiveness across the project life cycle
- Data security
- User experience
- Quality and appropriateness of outputs, including alignment with statutory reporting requirements and best practice
- Risk appropriateness of the current process
Based on the review we require clear recommendations for how our project management system can be improved, being cognizant of CCMA's capacity and budgetary restrictions.
