The Town of Victoria Park is seeking to engage a Contractor on a proposed two year contract with three x one year extension options to provide festive Christmas decorations across the Town of Victoria Park commencing the 2024/2025 Christmas period, and potentially (based on budget availability and performance) the following four festive seasons.

The Town of Victoria Park (Town) is looking to create a festive and joyful atmosphere during the Christmas festive season. To achieve this, the Town intends to procure festive decorations to adorn public spaces and enhance the holiday spirit within the community.

The objective of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite qualified suppliers to provide quotations for the design, installation and removal of a comprehensive range of festive decorations, including but not limited to, lights, ornaments, banners, and displays.
