The District Council of Grant (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of an office refit as per the appendices. This office refit will allow for more staff members to operate in the same building and modernize the existing office space. These works are to be completed at the District Council of Grant Office located at 324 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier.

The proposed office renovations will include removal and relocation of the existing file compactus, work in accordance with the plans specified in Appendix A and furnishing of the room with adequate workstations for the staff intended (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.
