The National Capital Authority is seeking responses from a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant to provide the Services to support the establishment of a National Memorial for Victims and Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse.

The NCA invites interested parties to submit a Response for provision of the Services in accordance with this REOI.

This REOI is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process,

The objective of this REOI is to shortlisted Respondents that will be invited to participate in the second stage of the procurement.

To obtain access to the Non-Reliance Information included in the Data Room, the Respondent must provide a completed and duly executed copy of the Confidentiality deed poll at Part G – Confidentiality deed poll to the Contact Officer. Access to Non-Reliance Information will be provided to potential Respondents subject to compliance with the Confidentiality deed poll.

The indicative timing of the Project is set out below;

1. August 2024, release of RFT Documents
2. December 2024, contract award
3. 2025, construction commencement
4. 2026, construction complete
