We have D.A. approval for 70 apartments in Wagga Wagga and are looking for a developer to develop the land.
They are mostly 2 bedroom apartments with a handful 3 bedroom apartments.
The apartment complex is a great location in Wagga right on the main street.
We are looking at partnering with a developer to create something amazing! We would retain a small percentage of units while the developer develops the land and keeps the rest.
