Cushman & Wakefield are seeking to engage contractors in the Western Sydney region, for the provision of proactive maintenance services to public school in the region.

As an agent to School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW), our focus is engaging local contractors based as close as possible to the schools they service ideally within 30 minutes, or 50 kilometres. If you or your business can self deliver proactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.

Local Contractors are being sought to provide the following proactive services:

Public Liability Insurance (PLI)

Personal Income Insurance (if sole trader)

Workers Compensation (WC)

Motor Vehicle Insurance (MVI)

Relevant Business Licence/s

Supply Nation/ORIC/Indigenous Chamber of Commerce Certificate or Registration (if applicable)
