Council’s current onsite safety management process utilises a mix of manual practices supported by standalone software tools, including printed forms, sharepoint document libraries, with manual links to the corporate document management system, contractor management system and risk management system.

As part of a recent review, Council has defined its high-level user requirements in this space, with the desire to move to a more streamlined, consistent and mobile e-solution.

As Council does not have specific experience with a single provider e-solution in this space, it is exploring this opportunity through an Expression of Interest to better define its needs and to enable consideration of alternative or additional functionality
