The Opportunity
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Request for Tender for the West Wimmera Health Service Nhill Hospital Kitchen and Stage 2 Redevelopment Project.
Additions and alterations to the Nhill Hospital, comprising of the new kitchen and stores, roof replacement, new staff facilities, and decommissioning of the existing kitchen, including building fabric, finishes, fixtures, equipment and building services.
Purpose of this Request for Tender
The purpose of this RFT is to:
- provide information to Tenderers about the Nhill Hospital Kitchen & Stage 2 Redevelopment;
- set out the Conditions of Tendering that will govern the Tender Process;
- invite each Tenderer to submit a fully costed and binding Tender for participation in the Nhill Hospital Kitchen & Stage 2 Redevelopment, which complies with the Conditions of Tendering; and
- inform Tenderers of the evaluation criteria that the Principal will use to evaluate Tenders.
