Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a contractor to implement renovation works at our Cremorne Campus Building A, Amenities. There are currently two toilets amenity areas on the ground floor of Building A which will be refurbished to include staff and student female & male toilets, female & male shower facilities, Unisex DDA toilet and a cleaner’s cupboard. Comprehensive Architectural, Structural and Services Engineering documents have been developed and form part of the Tender package.
