Expression of Interest (EOI)

Energy Architecture invite suitably qualified contractors for the refurbishment of classrooms for Sacred Heart Primary School.

Mildura including:

• Refurbishment and extension of existing buildings/Verandah to primarily refurbish two junior classrooms and create two new shared learning spaces

• Associated re-roofing and new roof over the extension.

Tenderers will be invited in June/July for construction commencing in August of 2024

Your submission should include:

• Company Profile of previous experience noting value of work including education projects and other commercial projects.

• Work in progress including value

• Personnel to be on this project and their experience.

• Referees.

• WHS management system and copy of OH&S certification.

• Any other relevant information
