Tender Description
ECU is seeking to appoint an approved contractor/s to provide general Maintenance and Handyman services, for our ECU Learning Centre in Busselton.
The following services are required to support this facility:
- General Handyman; General repairs, Maintenance, Decorating, A/C
- filters, Gutter clearing (annual cleaning of gutters)
- Electrical Contractor; general electrical work (upon request)
- Plumbing Contractor; as required (upon request)
- Auto Doors; servicing & repair (annual service)
- HVAC – annual service of A/C units
- Pest Control – quarterly inspection and treatment
- Fire Extinguisher & Smoke Detector inspections
A site inspection can be arranged by request.
