This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is seeking to replace the current (manual) CEO sign-off mechanism utilised within the Agency's Gender Equality Reporting Portal with a fully digital solution. The current mechanism does not support the Workplace Gender Equality Act (2012) which requires a CEO to personally sign-off the data submitted as part of a relevant organisations yearly Gender Equality Reporting commitments and WGEA to hold record of that event. It is felt that the optimal solution to enhance this function and meet legislative requirements would be a digital / eSignature solution that sends the sign-off request directly to the nominated CEO.
