The Shire of Dowerin is seeking a suitable and qualified contractor to deliver maintenance grading of roads within the Shire of Dowerin, for a term of two (2) years, with a potential one (1) year extension. Maintenance grading is defined as grading the existing road formation (including table drain) using a grader to remove surface defects.

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the Asset & Works Coordinator, Ben Forbes, at bforbes@dowerin.wa.gov.au, before 14 June 2024.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential respondent canvassing Shire of Dowerin Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process.
