Grampians Health is replacing the existing Ballarat Print Shop internal process and transferring all printing requirements to an external printing service provider.

GH Ballarat are looking to acquire a range of medical forms to service the hospital for both its internal and external stakeholders.

Examples of forms include:

• Inpatient progress notes
• Letterhead Grampisn Health
• Form of Election

The proposed introduction of the Electronic Medical Record will result in reduced demand for printed forms however at this stage it is not scheduled to occur until 2027 and will be a transitory process.
