The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Provision of Reactive and Preventative Maintenance Services for Lift Systems. The City of Kingston has 29 buildings across the municipality that contain a total of 41 Elevators, alongside the associated plant and equipment, which are required to be maintained as per regulations, standards and statutory requirements.
Council is seeking to form a collaborative relationship with a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out both Reactive Maintenance and structured Preventative Maintenance on all Elevator Assets within the City of Kingston.
