Due to the expiration of the current term, Gippsland Ports is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified or experienced persons to fill the following role on the Audit & Risk Committee for three years commencing August 2024:

One Independent Committee Chair

The objective of the committee is to provide independent assurance and assistance to the Chief Executive (and the Board) on Gippsland Ports' risk, control and compliance framework, and its external accountability responsibilities. The Audit & Risk Committee consists of four members of which two are independent and two are existing Board Members, with one of the independent members being Chair.

The Committee meets on at least four occasions per annum in accordance with the Audit & Risk Committee charter.
