Tender Description
Queensland Hydro is seeking to engage a professional services provider to undertake workforce modelling and prepare workforce delivery and management plans for the construction and delivery phase of the proposed Borumba and Pioneer-Burdekin Pumped Hydro Projects.
Scope of Services Requirements
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the:
• analysis, forecasting and planning of workforce demand and supply
• assessment of gaps and determination of workforce interventions
• provision of recommendations on strategic employment resourcing plans and pathways; and
• development of Workforce Management Plans (encompassing focus areas such as workforce participation, local solutions, school to work transitions, workforce attraction and retention, and workforce development), and supporting strategies and models to ensure that Queensland Hydro and its delivery partners (construction contractors, subcontractors, and broader supply chain) have access to an available, skilled and safe workforce, in the relevant locations and at the times they’re required.
