Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the South Thomson - Hotel Boardwalk. The objective of these works is to provide enhanced visitor experiences with improvements to visitor amenity on the island.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Wadjemup / Rottnest Island at 12 Jun, 2024 10:15 AM.

Tenderers are invited to attend the Mandatory Site Visit and Briefing scheduled on:

Time: 10:15am

Location: Meet at the main entrance to the Rottnest hotel

By no later than 2:00 pm on 11th June 2024. Tenderers shall confirm to Kaz Gryl their attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at kaz.gryl@dbca.wa.gov.au.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
