CarbonNet is a commercial-scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) project located in Gippsland, Victoria. The project is funded by the State and Commonwealth Governments and managed by a team within the Victorian Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) to deliver a decarbonization solution for new and existing industries. The project has been developed through DTF's Gateway review process and is currently in Gate 3, testing Readiness for Market. Project Development and Commercial Establishment.

Should the CarbonNet Project proceed past Final Investment Decision (FID), the proposed operational timeline of the project is:

• FID in 2024

• Project operational late 2020s.

The Department is seeking responses to this invitation for the provision of Pelican CCS 2D and 3D Seismic Re-Processing services for the services.
