The NDIA has made a commitment to better engage participants and stakeholders in the design and delivery of NDIS reforms.

The Co-design and Engagement Division currently uses a combination of 8 online tools and systems to deliver collaboration and engagement activities.

There are many limitations to this approach resulting in poor user experience for the disability community, inaccessibility of online engagement and collaboration, information overload, barriers to participation and inefficiencies for staff.

To address these limitations, the Co-design and Engagement Division are looking to implement a fit-for-purpose collaboration platform, similar to those used by other local, State, Territory and Commonwealth Government agencies.
