Tender Description
The Ministry of Justice intends to release an open market two-stage procurement process for a major works design and build project located in the South Auckland region.
We are looking to procure an experienced and capable main contractor (or a consortium) to enter a Design and Build contract agreement (NZS 3916:2013) to design and construct a new Courthouse.
Indicative key dates for this opportunity and project:
Stage 1 ROI released - July 2024
Stage 2 RFT released - September 2024
